Your Time Makes a Difference
With your help, we’re able to dedicate more time, care, and resources towards those within our community impacted by domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and stalking.
Volunteer Opportunities
Diverse roles for every skill set and schedule.
Crisis Intervention
Listen, support, and guide hotline callers. Provide advocacy and emotional support during post-crisis periods. (Requires further training)
Guest Services
Lead training or teach clients life skills like computer basics, resume building, social media, or fire safety.
Grounds Maintenance
Aid in the upkeep of outdoor spaces, including lawncare, garden maintenance, and more.
Maintenance & Facilities
Maintain Albion’s facilities through minor repairs and seasonal upkeep.
Housekeeping
Help staff maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized shelter facility.
Donation Sorting
Inspect, sort, and organize donations to ensure they meet standards for client use.
Administrative
Help with office tasks like filing, mail prep, and data entry.
Albion Ambassadors
Ambassadors play a crucial role in representing our center across our 11-county service area. These roles require additional specialized training to ensure excellence in advocacy.
Community Education
Represent Albion at community events across 11 counties. (Requires further training)
Make a Difference Speaker
Speak on behalf of Albion to media and at awareness events. (Requires further training)
Special Event Volunteer
Low-commitment opportunities to lend a hand at events throughout the year.
