Albion Fellows Bacon Center is more than a shelter. We are a trusted source of support for survivors, their children, and their pets. We provide free, confidential help 24/7 across 11 Southern Indiana counties. Through crisis hotlines, mobile advocacy, and personalized safety plans, we meet survivors where they are, with compassion, education, and ongoing support.

Immediate, 24/7 support via our crisis hotlines, offering safety planning, emotional support, information, and referrals.
Advocacy Services
Personalized advocacy including safety planning, legal advocacy, court and medical accompaniment, and connection to community resources.
Emergency Shelter
Safe, supportive shelter for individuals and families fleeing domestic or sexual violence.
Support Groups
Facilitated groups that provide connection, education, and healing in a supportive environment.
Community Education & Prevention
Primary prevention and education programs designed to promote healthy relationships, raise awareness, and prevent violence before it occurs.

There are many ways to support Albion Fellows Bacon Center financially and help ensure survivors have access to life-saving services.
Albion serves eleven counties in Southern Indiana and is the only designated Rape Crisis Center in our region. Our advocates respond in first-responder settings such as emergency rooms and law enforcement environments, while also providing ongoing support that fosters resilience and helps restore a sense of safety, stability, and dignity.
